About Marymount Centre
Marymount Centre is a voluntary welfare organization set up by the Good Shepherd Sisters in the 1940s to reach out to the marginalized women and children in the society.

We are committed to shaping lives in a growth process through reaching out to children, women and families who experienced injustice and journeying with them in the healing of their personhood with dignity and compassion.

Our services include the following:-

  • Ahuva Good Shepherd which provides nurturing and safe residential care to girls aged between 4 and 16 years old and come from single parent families or from families in which parents are not able to cope with the child and/or experiencing marital discord.
  • Good Shepherd Centre which is a crisis shelter for teenagers, women, mothers and their children as well as foreign domestic workers whom are victims of violence, abuse and victimization.
  • Good Shepherd Student Care which is a before and after care for children aged between 7 and 14 years old who need adult supervision, and/or come from single parent and low income families.
